Sanfeng Environment was selected as State Council SASAC State-owned Enterprise Corporate Governance Demonstration Enterprise List

Recently, Sanfeng Environment has been selected into the list of State-owned Enterprise Corporate Governance Demonstration Enterprises issued by the General Office of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council due to its good corporate governance results.

It is reported that in order to accelerate the construction of modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council organized central enterprises and local SASACs for the first time in 2021 to carry out state-owned enterprise corporate governance demonstration enterprise creation activities. A total of 88 central enterprises and 57 local state-owned enterprises have become demonstration enterprises, a total of 2 enterprises in Chongqing were selected.

Taking the IPO listing and the "Double Hundred Action" reform of The State Council as an opportunity, Sanfeng Environment grasped the "bull nose" of the corporate governance structure reform, combined with the actual situation of the company to establish and improve the "four meetings and one layer" governance structure and the board structure.
